It's hard to believe Sex and the City debuted 20 years ago. After all, we still marathon the series religiously, and it's still fun to pretend like we don't know how the whole Carrie Bradshaw and Mr. Big saga will all turn out. (Spoiler alert: It turned out fine.) But although the iconic couple got married, much to fans' dismay, they never had children together. And in case you're wondering what a Carrie/Mr. Big baby would've looked like, well, we've read your mind. Watch the video above to see their fantasy offspring.

To make that creepy/cute composite, we used a combination of a face morph app and then combined it with a professional photo of a generic baby. Obviously we can't promise 100 percent scientific accuracy, but, uh, close enough? During Sex and the City 2, both Carrie and Mr. Big explained why they decided to remain child-free. "We've talked about it a lot," Carrie said in the film, "but it's just not who we are."

Although many fans suspect Carrie and Mr. Big might change their minds, we unfortunately will never find out. In 2017, Sarah Jessica Parker announced on Twitter that the highly-anticipated Sex and the City 3 was shelved due to conflicts with other co-stars, namely Kim Cattrall. What happened after was an epic public feud that doused all our dreams of a reunion. Kim also reiterated why she didn't want to do the show or another movie, ever again. "[The cast] all have children, and I am 10 years older," she told Vanity Fair. "And since specifically the series ended, I have been spending most of my time outside of New York, so I don’t see them. The common ground that we had was the series and the series is over."

However, not all is lost. Kim suggested that the movie should recast her character with someone else. "Oprah was always my first choice," she wrote on Twitter. "But then there are the goddesses Tiffany Haddish or Sofia Vergara. So many fabulous actresses to choose that will make Samantha their own!" Hmm, we think we can get on board with all of those!
