She may be married to Dr. Mark Deuber, one of Texas’ most renowned plastic surgeons, but that doesn’t mean Real Housewives of Dallas star Cary Deuber takes advantage of her spouse’s skills on the reg. The Bravolebrity, 41, opened up exclusively to Life & Style about the tiny tweaks she’s made over the years to stay hot AF.
“I had my breasts done. And I had a little bit of lipo when I had my breasts done,” the mom-of-one — who shares daughter Zuri, 4, with Mark — said. “But, other than that, I haven’t had anything aside from Botox and fillers.”

In fact, Cary’s beauty regimen is so low-key that she often does her own Botox and lip injections herself. After all, the stunning reality star is also a CRNFA and even works as her hubby’s assistant in the operating room. “I do my own Botox! It’s so easy,” she told Life & Style. “And I do my own lips.”
However, Cary admitted that her at-home procedures can be difficult with a little one running around the house. “With doing Botox on myself, the hardest part is getting the angle right. It’s also pretty funny when Zuri is standing there like, ‘Mommy!’” she said with a laugh. “I’m like, ‘Hang on! I’m injecting myself!’”
Kidding aside, Cary warned that it’s important to practice a less-is-more approach to plastic surgery and cosmetic enhancements. “Everything in moderation!” she stressed. “Even with my own lips, I love the look of Juvaderm, but you have to be careful about not going overboard. You can go from Angelina Jolie to looking like a fish real fast.”
Other than a few shots here and there, Cary credits her youthful appearance to daily yoga. “I’m a big-time yogi. I do vinyasa power flow yoga. I like to do it about five days a week. I tend to go a little crazy when I haven’t practiced in a while. It not only keeps me in shape, but it keeps me sane,” the fitness enthusiast told Life & Style, before joking, “I wanna kill a b—h when I haven’t worked out and done yoga!”
The Real Housewives of Dallas airs on Bravo Mondays at 10 p.m. EST.
