Ever since former Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller was found guilty and sentenced to serve 366 days in prison for bankruptcy fraud, her former co-stars have been speaking out about her. The latest to open up about her relationship with her former instructor is Chloe Lukasiak. The dancer recently admitted that she doesn't think her relationship with Abby was all bad.
The 16-year-old revealed that while working with Abby was a difficult experience, she did take some good away from it. Watch the video below to find out more about Chloe's feelings about Abby!
Her mom, Christi Lukaskiak, on the other hand, doesn't agree. Apparently, none of the drama surrounding the instructor was a shock to her. "I've known Abby for a very long time, so I can't say I was really surprised," Christi told Enertainment Tonight at the 2017 Teen Choice Awards. "There’s a lot of history there."
Fans of the reality show will remember that Chloe left rather abruptly and didn't have the chance to say a proper goodbye to her castmates. However, she's since fixed that. "We left it very weird, so whenever I would see them, we would say, 'Hi.' But, it wasn't how it used to be," she admitted. "But then I went back to the show and we rekindled that friendship."
It's great that all the girls are on good terms again and loving their new dance instructor: Dancing With the Stars pro, Cheryl Burke. Fellow dancer Kendall Vertes said Cheryl is nothing like Abby. "She's amazing," she gushed. “I love her so much. She gets us, because her schedule on Dancing With the Stars is exactly like ours, so she knows how to get it done. She's great. And she's nice about it." We're so glad it all worked out!
