Following the sudden shooting death of singer Christina Grimmie, her mentor Adam Levine has offered to pay for all the funeral expenses.

The former Voice contestant's brother Marcus, who tackled the gunman responsible for killing Christina, shared the news on his Facebook page.

"I found out this morning, that Adam Levine personally called my mother and said he will pay for the funeral and her plane flight, and I was blown away," he wrote.

Following news of her homicide, the Maroon 5 frontman shared a selfie with Christina, writing, "Behati and I are absolutely devastated and heartbroken by Christina Grimmie’s death. Our hearts go out to her family."

Selena Gomez also paid an emotional tribute to the 22-year-old, dedicating her song "Nobody" to her longtime friend.

Along with funeral expenses, fans of the rising star have donated more than $150,000 to a GoFundMe page, which was set up after the tragedy.

"Words cannot express…literally I have no words," her brother wrote of the support. "I promise both my parents and I will read every one of these personalized messages. I'm so blown away by everything right now. But all I can say is thank you. And Christina will be missed and never ever forgotten."
