Woman Fakes ‘Family Feud’ Audition to Surprise Husband With Baby News!
A couple's pregnancy announcement is going viral after one woman found a very creative way of telling her husband she was expecting! Sabrina Clendenin convinced her husband Jordan to film an audition tape for the popular game show Family Feud — but she never had any intention of submitting the video.
After explaining how they met for the camera (in Vegas FYI) and sharing why they thought they would be great contestants on the Steve Harvey-hosted show, Sabrina could not contain her excitement any longer. “Why I think we should really be on? Because I think they like pregnant people on, like when they’re showing,” Sabrina says with a big smile on her face.
A clearly surprised Jordan asks, "Are you pregnant?" before Sabrina reveals that was the whole point of filming their "audition." “I am, I did this to tell you,” she adds before pulling out a pregnancy test. "I've held it in since yesterday." Jordan also jokingly sprinkled in a few "I hate yous" before kissing his wife.
This will be the third child for the couple, who are already parents to two girls. And Jordan definitely made it known what gender he is hoping for this time around. "Boy, boy, boy, boy, boy,” he jokingly says with his fingers crossed. Their bundle of joy is due July 4.
Since sharing the video on Facebook, it has received more than 600,000 times and been shared by over 600 people, according to local news site The State. “Jordan Clendenin hates to be the center of attention so I’m getting a little kick out of this lol,” she wrote. “I’m sure his anxiety is through the roof never thought it would get big like this #sorry.”
