Although she left RHOA in season 5, Kim returned as a recurring cast member in season 10. In May 2021, Don’t Be Tardy was canceled after eight seasons.

Rumors began circulating that Kim and retired NFL player Kroy’s Alpharetta, Georgia, mansion is in foreclosure after the couple defaulted on a $1.65 million loan they took out in October 2012. In Touch confirmed that the home will be sold at an auction “to the highest bidder for cash” on March 7 during the Fulton County’s courthouse legal hours of sale. Truist Bank is overseeing the selling of the property.
Prior to that, the couple previously combatted home foreclosure, In Touch confirmed in October 2022.
After the family’s series was canceled in May 2021, the spouses failed to repay a loan of $300,000. Therefore, the nearly 7,000-square-foot Fulton County property will be auctioned off “on the first Tuesday in November 2022” to the highest bidder, per the notice of sale under power viewed by In Touch.
The house was foreclosed “because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness.”
Previously, Kim gave fans a glimpse at her luxurious house after she and Kroy purchased it in 2012. The country music artist shared a tour of the five-bedroom property, which features a basketball court, an elevator and a movie theater, Kim’s favorite part of the house.
“This is my favorite room in the whole house. It’s called the ‘Hollywood Room,’ and this is actually my girls’ TV room where they hang out with their friends,” the mother of six said at the time. “I did f—king good up here. Proud of myself.”
What Other Money Problems Has Kim Zolciak-Biermann Had?
Kim and Kroy reportedly owe the IRS $1.1 million for unpaid taxes, interest and penalties from 2013, 2017 and 2018, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ on May 8, 2023. The pair also allegedly owe the state of Georgia $15,000 for unpaid taxes for 2018.
In August 2023, In Touch confirmed that Kim was slapped with a lawsuit over an unpaid credit card bill amounting to more than $156,000.
When Did Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann Break Up?
In Touch confirmed that Kroy filed for divorce, listing the couple’s date of separation as April 30.
Additionally, Kroy said that their marriage is “irretrievably broken” in the filing. The TV personality asked for “the temporary and permanent sole legal and sole physical custody” of their minor children, KJ, Kash and twins Kane and Kaia. Their other two kids, Brielle and Ariana, are of legal age.
Although the pair faced a messy split, they reconciled on July 7, according to court documents obtained by In Touch. Kim filed the paperwork in Fulton County, Georgia, requesting a judge dismiss “her complaint for divorce without prejudice.”
However, their reunion was short-lived after In Touch confirmed Kroy filed for divorce from the Bravo star for a second time on August 24, stating their union was “irretrievably broken.” The retired NFL star once again requested full custody of the kids and child support, while also asking for exclusive use of their almost-foreclosed upon home.
