Tyra Sanchez, Bianca Del Rio, and All the ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ Winners Then and Now!

You better work! The next winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race is one week away from being announced — and we can’t wait to find out who will be the next drag superstar. Currently wearing the crown is Alexander Steinberg aka Sasha Velour, who walked away with the title last year. During the finale, fans were worried the unexpected sudden-death lip sync would lessen her changes of winning, but Sasha was ready.

“I think that [the judges] switched it up to see who has the real traditions of drag, which is speaking in front of a live audience and then giving amazing shows that take people on an amazing journey,” she told Vanity Fair. “In some ways it’s more in keeping with the traditions of drag than the show necessarily has been in the past. I thought it was thrilling [laughs], but obviously I’m biased.”

Sasha is known for being a bald queen, and she explained how her mother, who was diagnosed from cancer right after she graduated from university, inspired her look. Since winning, Sasha has taken her critcally-acclaimed drag show, Nightgowns, around the world, released a six-part film series titled One Dollar Drags, and became the first RPDR winner to host Meet the Queens on VH1. Yasss, girl.

So, who is going to be the RPDR Season 10 winner?

Currently still in the running for the title, $100,000 cash, and a one-year supply of Anastasia Beverly Hills is Kameron Michaels, Eureka O’Hara, Asia O’Hara, and Aquaria. The early favorite seems to be Aquaria, who is the ninth queen to reach the Top 4 without having to lip sync for her life and the tenth to have never lip sync — yet. However, it is still up in the air who will join the Hall of Fame of past winners.

Remember Bianca Del Rio? Along with hosting the finale, the drag performer and actor also has a movie on Netflix that is sure to help with our RuPaul withdrawals this summer. And what about Sharon Needles — whose love of the macabre is still going strong? May the best wo-man win!

Tune in for the Season 10 finale on June 28 at 8 p.m. on VH1! Check out the gallery below to see where all the past and present drag superstars are today!
