Drake and Rihanna are getting married— and the Canadian rapper has already asked her father for his blessing!

Sources exclusively reveal to Life & Style magazine that the couple is already planning a wedding in Barbados, and the “Hotline Bling” artist made a quick trip to her hometown in August to ask Ronald Fenty for his daughter’s hand.

“Ronald told Drake he’s been waiting for years for him to ask,” the insider says. “He wanted to know what took him so long!”

The couple has been on and off since 2009, so RiRi’s family is excited they’re finally taking their relationship to the next level.

“Rihanna’s whole family adores Drake and they’ve always hoped she’d end up with him,” the
insider shares. “So his meeting with Ronald was very emotional.”
