Want a hot body like Desperate Housewives alum Eva Longoria? Well, the stunning actress just told all to Life & Style about her diet and exercise regimen! While it sounds intense, there are definitely ways to incorporate this into your day without any excuses — and to be honest, her diet sounds super easy to follow.

“Right now, I haven’t been on a diet in about three months. My diet is eat everything — and wine! I’m a runner, but I broke my ankle so I couldn’t run for a minute, I haven’t been running. Usually, I’m a runner, pilates, yoga girl. I need to start doing more weight training. I would like to do more weight training, but I just need to be in one place,” Eva said while working with Novartis for their #KissThis4MBC campaign.

In the past, the actress has been forced to deny pregnancy rumors, most recently in September when she was photographed rocking a loose-fitting dress. Back in April, Eva took to Snapchat to address speculation after photos surfaced of her in a bikini. She took to Instagram at the time to explain, “I saw some pictures of myself [looking] really fat on a boat. I have to tell you, all I did was eat cheese. So that’s the news of the day. I’m not pregnant, just eating a lot of cheese, a lot of wine, a lot of pancakes.”

Eva’s work with the #KissThis4MBC campaign “aims to raise research funds and support for women living with metastatic breast cancer,” according to a press release. Her sister’s diagnosis helped inspire her to get involved, though thankfully now she is in remission. She told Life & Style, “When Novartis approached me with this campaign about metastatic breast cancer, I never heard of it — I was like, ‘What’s metastatic breast cancer?’ And the fact that I didn’t know about it, and yet my family was affected so closely with breast cancer, was concerning to me because I was like, ‘Wait, I should know what this is,’ and they explained one in three women who are diagnosed with breast cancer will metastasize, and I was like, ‘Oh! So it could come back and spread to other areas.'”

“And it’s terminal, I mean it doesn’t have a cure — there’s no cure for MBC, so I thought I would like to get involved in this campaign and use my platform to help spread the word — and then also, to use my platform to help with this campaign about, if you post a Boomerang or a selfie with the hashtag #KissThis4MBC, Novartis donates $10 for every post, up to $200,000 for research for metastatic breast cancer. So I was like, ‘That’s such an easy campaign, it’s easy for people to jump on, it’s easy for people to do — nothing required, and it’s a great way to raise the funds.'”
