The honeymoon phase clearly isn't over for Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky!

Life & Style can reveal that the gorgeous duo were spotted at Cut in LA where they did more than just eat dinner.

"Chris had his shirt unbuttoned down to his navel — everyone could see his bare chest," a fellow diner recalls to Life & Style. "And Elsa reached over and put her hand under his shirt!"

The pair noshed on steak and salads, and sipped on wine throughout the evening.

"He had his hand on her behind as they walked out!" the eyewitness says. "The fire is definitely burning between these two."

Three months after they went public with their love, Chris and Elsa married in December 2010.
