Farrah Abraham Is Serving Some Serious ~Cake~ for Her Birthday — See the Steamy Pics!

Not only is Farrah in her late-twenties now, but she also has a 10-year-old daughter. With a body like that, who would ever guess?!

As it happens, though, the blonde beauty didn’t just get lucky with her figure. She works really hard for it! Speaking with Life & Style at New York’s Hemp Garden for the launch of MASK, a CBD beauty mask, the MTV alum detailed her rigorous workout routine.

“Boxing is always great, I am not going to lie, but I have been mixing [it] up,” she explained. “I have been doing Pilates. I have been doing just stretching — just pure stretching classes — nothing else.” 

“There have been a lot of good new workouts. So, I am kind of like doing two-a-days, but [with] a different workout regimen,” Farrah continued. Well, it’s certainly paying off. She’s never looked better and the best part? She knows it!

“I love my body. Like, I am the healthiest I have ever been,” Farrah gushed, adding, “I am the happiest.” At the end of the day, it’s all about loving the skin you’re in, y’all. Good for Farrah!

“I am not so fit like I was last year. I am more feminine now. So, I have been enjoying it, I really have been,” she concluded. We sincerely hope that she continues to enjoy it and that 28 is her very best year yet!

Question is, how can you take Farrah’s self-confidence and make it your own? Don’t worry, the former Ex on the Beach hottie gave some tips on that.

“I think our daily affirmations they really work,” she assured.  “Keep telling yourself good things!”

“Keep going higher and push yourself,” Farrah continued. “Today is the day to keep it moving and we have a lot of positive stuff in 2019.”
