Frances Bean Cobain, the only child of late rocker Kurt Cobain, is in the middle of an ugly divorce battle with ex Isaiah Silva, who's reportedly requesting that the 24-year-old pay him a whopping $25,000 a month in spousal support.
According to documents obtained by People magazine, the musician, 31, claims he put his career on hold after marrying the artist and needs the $300,000 a year in order to care for himself and his seven-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
A prenuptial agreement has yet to surface, and Isaiah maintains that Frances promised to pay for his child's private school and housing bills. A hearing has been set for Sept. 7.

But a source close to the situation tells the mag that the brunette beauty and her mother, Courtney Love, aren't worried about Kurt's estate — which is valued around $450 million — being kept intact.
"Isaiah has no money and is trying his luck and will get nothing," the source says. "Courtney doesn't like him at all and isn't bothered by this. She's just happy that Frances is so much happier now and is looking healthier than she has in years."
The couple first split in March after 21 months of marriage. They had been together for five years.
