Goin’ To The Chapel! Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton May Announce Their Engagement Soon

Look out for this save the date! It sounds like Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton may be walking down the aisle before we know it, a source told Us Weekly. An insider told the outlet, “Blake has always wanted to marry Gwen, but she’s always been extremely cautious because she has three kids to be mindful 
of.” But that may all change in the near future.

Gwen, 49, and Blake, 42, first announced they were dating in November 2015. And fans have been on the lookout for a ring on Gwen’s finger ever since! They might not have to wait much longer, because the source reportedly told Us Weekly that the duo is going to announce their engagement “very soon.” So, are we talking a 2019 wedding or what?

In April, Gwen admitted to Ellen DeGeneres that she thinks about marrying Blake “all the time.” So clearly, an engagement wouldn’t be totally unexpected. We’re just waiting on those wedding bells at this point!

If Gwen is at all hesitant to get married to Blake because of her kids, we don’t think she needs to worry. Whenever the country music star and Gwen’s kids — Kingston, 12, Zuma, 10, and Apollo, 4 — are seen together, it’s clear that he adores them. And in an interview on Today back in March, the country music icon said of his partner’s kids, “Having them around — I don’t even know how to describe it. It’s so much fun.”

Gwen shares her children with ex-husband, rocker Gavin Rossdale, but they seem to spend plenty of time with the “Austin” singer as well. And really, how adorable would those kids be in a wedding party? Imagine Kingston as a junior groomsman. Priceless!

Of course, “soon” could mean that this couple gets engaged tomorrow, next week, or two years from now. If and when Gwen and Blake decide to get engaged and let the rest of us know, we’ll definitely be ready.
