Sources reveal exclusively to Life & Style that the couple is currently planning their upcoming wedding, and if everything goes accordingly, Gwen, 47, will be walking down the aisle pregnant.

“She has incredible doctors and she’s explored all her options, including surrogates,” a source says of her decision to undergo in vitro fertilization. “No matter what, Gwen wants the child to be hers and Blake’s baby together. She’s ready.”

And Blake has already stepped up to the plate when it comes to the No Doubt singer’s three sons, Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and two-year-old Apollo.
