Talk about pressure! 16-year-old Hailee Steinfeld had to film one of the most famous scenes in history her very first day on set for the new movie Romeo and Juliet.

Hailee's co-star Douglas Booth, who plays Romeo, admits that the first day of filming was a tough one. "The first scene we did together was the balcony scene. Talk about throwing us in at the deep end," the actor told British magazine Grazia.

"Love scenes are never comfortable. It's bizarre because you've got 100 people watching, but I think we created something really innocent and captured that craziness of first love."

20-year-old Douglas says he was impressed by how Hailee, who was nominated for an Oscar for her breakout role in the movie True Grit, stayed professional and handled the Shakespearean dialogue while playing Juliet.

And that's not all! British-born Douglas confessed that he had some awkward moments during filming. During a crucial duel scene with Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick, who plays Juliet's cousin Tybalt, Douglas injured himself in a pretty embarrassing way.
