We stan two strong queens! Former Bachelorette star Hannah Brown gushed to about her newfound friendship with Demi Lovato. The current Dancing With the Stars contestant noted that the pop star has been a super loyal pal through all the craziness she’s experienced this past year. From being the lead on a reality show to her very public split from her fiancé, Jed Wyatt, it seems like the Alabama beauty could use a friend who understands life in the limelight.

“She’s so great. I’m just really thankful for her support through everything,” the 25-year-old reality babe said about the “Confident” singer, 27, during a group interview on the DWTS set on September 30. “I mean, she is always there. … That’s what I need right now is just a friend that is supportive of — and understanding of — what, like, this new life has been and she knows it on a much bigger level than I do.”

Fame may have brought the ladies together but that’s not what bonded them. “She doesn’t care about that. She needs friends just like we all do and I need friends just like everyone does and so it’s great to have somebody who can be a guidance of this new life and then just somebody who’s so loving and different,” Hannah added.

The “Sorry Not Sorry” artist attended the live taping of DWTS on September 30, along with Rumer Willis and Bachelor Nation alums Nick Viall and Demi Burnett. It’s obvious that the Alabama beauty has a whole slew of supportive friends to cheer her and dance pro Alan Bersten on throughout the competition.

Fans have been loving Demi’s crossover into the Bachelor world. She’s even been cooking up romance rumors with former contestant Mike Johnson. Hannah confessed that the potential couple is simply exploring a possible connection at the moment, but she’s supportive of whatever happens between them. “I am friends with Mike and I am friends with Demi and … whatever they choose to do, that is their thing,” she explained. After dating so publicly, the reality starlet has learned to keep her lips sealed. “Look, I am used to … people having opinions about if I have a relationship or if I don’t and so I do not talk where I don’t need to, so really just excited for her future,” she added.
