Cabs are here! And it’s officially time to get back into the GTL (gym, tan, laundry) routine as the original Jersey Shore cast hits the streets of Miami on April 5 for the Jersey Shore Family Vacation show.

It’s been more than nine years since the first episode of the franchise aired on MTV and the cast has grown up a lot since then — most of them have gotten engaged, married, and had kids. But let’s take a trip down memory lane, shall we? Keep scrolling and find out how young all of your favorites really were when the show began!

snookie

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was 22 years old when the show began in 2009. Today, she’s 30 years old, has two kids — Lorenzo, 5, and Giovanna, 3 — and is married to Jionni LaValle. Before her career took off on the Jersey Shore, she went to community college and studied to become a veterinary technician.

pauly d

Pauly DelVecchio, aka DJ Pauly D, was the oldest member of the original Jersey Shore house. Before he landed a spot in the house at 29 years old, he tried to start his career as a local DJ in his hometown of Johnston, RI. Today, at 37, he’s still DJing and has one daughter named Amabella Sophia who was born in 2013.

Now, at 30, he’s become a co-author of the book, Control The Crazy: My Plan To Stop Stressing, Avoid Drama, and Maintain Inner Cool, had a few spin-off television series with his mom, and started dating his girlfriend, Elicea Shyann, at the end of 2017.

the situation

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino knew how to turn on the charm at 27 years old when he became an integral part of the Jersey Shore crew — when his job as a manager at a fitness center and an underwear model didn’t pan out. Now, he’s 35 years old and engaged to his college girlfriend, Lauren Pesce.

angelica

Angelica Pivarnick was 23 years old and a former hotdog salesman at the start of the Jersey Shore where she starred for two seasons until she was replaced by Deena Cortese. Now, Angelica is 31 years old and engaged to Chris Larangeira.
