After giving birth, Jamie Otis is feeling like superwoman! The former Bachelor and Married at First contestant shed some light on Instagram into how she's been feeling after going through childbirth. Spoiler alert: She's been loving her post-baby body and all of its curves!

"Outfit of the day," the 31-year-old reality star captioned the photo of her in a tank top and spandex shorts. "Lol no but seriously, I love every bit of my postpartum bod (sic)."

"It's truly amazing how my body helped create and carry an 8 [pound] 2 [ounce] baby," she continued. "I'm feelin' like I can conquer the WORLD after pushing her out. Women are SO much stronger than we give ourselves credit for," she added.

The photo comes just three days after welcoming her daughter Henley Grace into the world. A day prior to giving birth, Jamie posted about how excited she was to finally meet her daughter.

Fans know Jamie from the sixteenth season of The Bachelor, on which she competed for Ben Flajnik's heart. She later participated in the first season of Married at First Sight: The First Year, where she met her husband Doug Hehner.

The couple has been very open about their past struggles to conceive and give birth. After suffering a miscarriage in July 2016, the registered nurse was very vocal about her heartbreak and grief. Their son — who the married couple named Johnathon Edward — at four months along and posted often about their strife, even sharing a photo of him.

"I realize there is a great stigma associated with sharing photos of your baby who was born too early and has already gone to heaven so I want to say sorry if this offends you. However, if there’s one thing my husband has taught me it’s this: 'Don’t live life trying NOT to offend anyone and trying to please everyone,'" she wrote at the time.
