It’s crazy how fast plans can change in Bachelor Nation. Up until the Bachelor in Paradise finale, fans fully expected Jordan Kimball and Jenna Cooper to be the first couple to walk down the aisle after getting engaged. Jenna thought the same thing, and was gearing up for an intense fitness program to prepare for her big day. Welp, now it looks like she’s working on a revenge body instead after her shocking alleged cheating scandal

“I was going to do a whole program to get ready for a wedding, but since those plans got annihilated…#RevengeBod anyone?!????” wrote Jenna on the caption of a photo promoting Fat Tummy Co’s fitness shakes. It’s hard to imagine Jenna trying to lose weight (we all saw on BIP that she’s literally perfect) but she still has things she wants to work on. “I’m actually trying to build muscle right now, so I need all the protein I can get,” she explained.

💖@flattummyco is one of my first partners in this self-improvement adventure. I was going to do a whole program to get ready for a wedding, but since those plans got annihilated…#RevengeBod anyone?!💪🏼👊🏼 And you know I love my shakes (I have been very publicly made fun of many times for my over-enthusiasm for healthy shakes ha). And look at this pretty pink packaging💕I’m going to be making some vids to share more about them soon! I’m actually trying to build muscle right now, so I need all the protein I can get. And I def prefer the vanilla flavor because you can add chocolate, PB, banana, or other fruits in it depending on your mood that day☺️ I’m about to go pick up a new shaker bottle, and I’ll get 2 so I can give one away! Leave me a comment with one of your fitness goals, and I’ll pick someone to win a shaker bottle, a couple of these shake packs so you can try, and a little motivational note💖 #FlatTummyTea #Ad #FitGirls

Jenna finally seems to be moving on after spending the last month obsessing over trying to prove to the world that she did not cheat on her fiancé Jordan, despite leaked texts seemingly proving that she did. She’s been getting a lot of hate for the debacle, and some of that has, unfortunately, extended to critiques of her appearance. Luckily, she’s not letting that get to her.

“Here is a pic of me in plain daylight no photoshop or airbrush,” she wrote on a recent photo. “I’m actually not that hideous in real life believe it or not. I like my expressive eyebrows, I like wearing bathing suits and being proud of myself, I like being a little extra, I like being independent and strong, I like my highlights, I like my sense of humor, and I also even like having some filler in my lips!”

After Jenna seemed to give up hope for a reconciliation with Jordan (who has been very vocal about not believing her) she decided to work on herself instead. “Starting tomorrow, I’m going to be sharing my new journey with you!” she wrote on Oct. 3. “I’ll be working on improving many aspects of my life… friends, fitness, health, spirituality, education, fashion/beauty/lifestyle, and just general wellness. Getting my back to the basics, and what really fuels my passion!” We wish her the best in her next adventure.
