Shut Down! Jennifer Garner Claps Back at Pregnancy Speculation: She ‘Never Will Be’
Thank you, next! Jennifer Garner slammed pregnancy speculation and assured followers there is no way she is expecting or will be in the future.
“I am 48, have three healthy kids and am not — and never will be — pregnant,” the 13 Going on 30 actress responded on Thursday, September 10, to a fan who asked the invasive question via Instagram. “We can lay that pupper to rest. Have [I] gained the COVID-19? Possibly. But that’s another story.”
Speculation came after the Alias actress shared a video wearing denim overalls and red rain boots while exploring a farm belonging to her relative’s in Locust Grove, Oklahoma.
“My family farm is, as the kids say, my organic, biodynamic happy place,” the Daredevil star gushed about the spacious green space before introducing the cows. “I can’t help but feel like the love my aunt and uncle put into growing this year’s sweet potato crop will add to @onceuponafarm’s delicious goodness for your kids. But first, meet our lawnmowers: Simon, Pete, Boaz, Pignut, Mistletoe and Mayapple.”
The Catch Me If You Can actress giggled with delight as she showed the herd of cattle and quipped that one of the cows was “rude” for “licking its hindquarters” while they had “guests.”
The Catch and Release star has a great sense of humor and knows how blessed she is, but the unknown that’s come from the coronavirus pandemic has taken a toll. “What is this year of transition going to look like for kids, for my family?” Jen told Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts while getting emotional during an Instagram Live in July. “How can I keep joy and learning for them or help them just continue to find their resilience? And, I think that’s where I am … today.”
Besides their trip to the farm, Jen and her kids have also been spotted on daily strolls around their neighborhood and splashing around at the beach in Malibu.
“Jen is the first to admit that having the kids at home isn’t easy but she’s dealing with it like a pro!” an insider exclusively told In Touch. “Outdoor exercise is part of her family’s daily routine. She’ll take the kids on a walk or bike ride to keep them healthy and active.”
The Dallas Buyers Club star shares her three children — Violet, Seraphina and Samuel — with ex-husband Ben Affleck. She moved on with John Miller after their divorce, but In Touch confirmed in August 2020 that the duo is “no longer together” after less than two years of dating.
“They split up before L.A. went into lockdown,” a second source exclusively told In Touch in reference to the city’s coronavirus pandemic quarantine. “Jen and John remain on friendly terms so there’s a possibility that they could rekindle their relationship in the future, but right now it’s over.” As for Ben, he’s head over heels for girlfriend Ana de Armas.
