Sources reveal exclusively to Life & Style that the "Ain't Your Mama" singer is expecting her third child with longtime boyfriend Casper Smart, 29, and Dr. Arthur L. Wiscot, of Reproductive Partners Medical, reveals it's a high-risk pregnancy.

"The successful birth of a healthy baby with a woman's own eggs at age 47, no matter how she conceives, is really a long shot," Dr. Wiscot says.
However, the Puerto Rican beauty is aware of the risks and feels blessed to be giving her eight-year-old twins Max and Emme another sibling.
"J.Lo is very humble," a source explains, "and is thankful she even has the opportunity to have another child at age 47."

The insider continues, "She says she'll slow down when she has to, but if her doctors don't tell her to, she'll dance her butt off as much as she can."
