John Cena Shares a Cryptic Tweet and Fans Think It’s About His Ex-Fiancée Nikki Bella
He’s trying to win her back! It’s been almost two months since Nikki Bella and John Cena split up and called off their wedding, but it looks like John isn’t over Nikki yet. John took to Twitter to share a sexy, playful tweet and many fans think that it’s directed at Nikki. Watch the video above to see John’s tweet!
Fans were shocked when they heard that John and Nikki called it quits after six years together, but they are are getting an inside look into what went wrong in their relationship during Season 3 of Total Bellas. During a recent episode, Nikki got extremely emotional after her sister-in-law Lauren Garcia announced that she was pregnant and expecting baby No. 2 with Nikki's brother JJ Garcia. Even though the happy news was announced during Nikki and John's engagement party, Nikki couldn't help but feel sad about Lauren's pregnancy because it made her realize what she was giving up to marry John.
John has long been adamant that he did not want to have children and for a while, Nikki thought that she would be able to sacrifice motherhood for John. But right before they were set to look at wedding venues, Nikki sat John down and they had a serious conversation about their future together if children.
"I think, just because we’re getting married and everything is so permanent, but it’s giving me a bit of anxiety knowing it’s like, 'Okay, the day [the wedding] comes, that’s it, the mom thing is done,'" Nikki told John. "And I would never force you to be a dad — I don’t want that ever."
At first, John didn't budge but thankfully, now it seems like their split has made John reconsider his stance on children. Earlier this month, he professed his love for Nikki on national TV in an interview on the Today show, and he revealed that he does want to have kids with Nikki. "I love her, I want to be with her, I want to make her my wife, I want to be the father of her children," John said. "I just want us to work."
