John Legend's daughter Luna is becoming a groupie!
The musician revealed during a Facebook Live on Monday, Feb. 6, that the 10-month-old will be joining him on his upcoming Darkness and Light tour. “The awesome part of this tour is my family is coming along,” the 38-year-old said when answering one fan's question about balancing fatherhood and music. “This’ll be Luna’s first tour. She’ll be there, so I won’t have to spend a lot of time away from my family. That’s the subtitle of the tour — Darkness and Light: Luna’s First Tour.”
John's wife, Chrissy Teigen, will also be keeping the Oscar winner company, though their differing tastes in TV shows might cause an argument or two. “If it were just me, watching television all day, I would watch sports and the news, with a little bit of comedy thrown in. [Chrissy] would watch… a little bit of the news and comedy, but with a lot more Housewives,” he admitted during the video.
Chrissy recently revealed that the couple would love to give Luna a sibling some day. “Oh my God, a little boy is next for sure!” the model shared on the SAG Awards red carpet. But the 31-year-old hasn't been shy about her struggle to get pregnant the first time around and her experience with IVF.
"As many of you know, we've been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn't been easy, but we kept trying because we can't wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family," she told fans on Instagram before Luna's birth. John added, "You know, sometimes it's just harder for some people than for others. We’re just happy that we were able to do it with our doctor. He's never really told us that there was something specific that he could identify was the reason why it just didn't work out naturally. We did what we had to do."
