Did Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber just become Instagram official? Sort of! Fans completely lost their minds over it as Selena posted a birthday tribute to Justin on Instagram. Not only was her message super cute — yet incredibly subtle — but also the first time the “Bad Liar” singer has publicly acknowledged the pair’s rekindled love. Selena’s comments section was flooded with completely shocked fans. “I was tearing up when I saw #jelena4lyfe,” one person shared. Another said, “Yes yes yes yes my favorite people ever, so sweet.” And one fan legitimately couldn’t contain their excitement as they wrote, “I’M SCREAMING.”

Although Selena sent fans into a frenzy with her Instagram, it’s still unclear if the two were physically together on Justin’s special day. He was spotted at the MB2 Raceway in Sylmar, CA with Scooter Braun, Pastor Carl Lentz, his mom, Pattie Mallette, and a few other close friends.

Speaking about the group, a source told E! News, “When they arrived at the race track, Justin was greeted by his mom who was waiting for him at the entrance. He was so happy to see his mom and gave her a big tight hug.” And aside from having close friends by his side, he was in the need for speed.

“Justin couldn’t wait to hit the race track and let his adrenaline junkie side come out right away. He was very into it and was going faster than anyone,” the insider said.

And the Biebs was reportedly getting pretty competitive with it. “He was hooting and hollering having a great time. They all had a fun time and spent several hours at the track before leaving in limos and heading toward Beverly Hills,” the source shared. So while Selena may not have been in attendance for the outing, the Instagram she shared proves there is no trouble in paradise.
