If you’re in the market for a New Jersey house, you’re in luck! Jenni “JWoww” Farley is selling her Toms River mansion. The Jersey Shore star’s home has been listed for $1.59 million, and it looks like Jenni will be making a big profit.

The mother-of-two bought the 5,200-square-foot home, complete with six bedrooms and five bathrooms, for $685,000 in 2011. Along with a lot of space, the house comes with a gourmet kitchen and a conservatory that can double as a movie theater. Watch the video below to take a look inside her pad!

Described as “Coastal Jersey living at its absolute finest” on the listing website, JWoww’s house also includes a spacious backyard with a kitchen, pool, and sauna. She also famously installed a tanning bed in her home. “Who can say they have a tanning bed in their house?” she asked ET. “This is kind of rockstar status, to me anyways.”

JWoww is currently working on a new talk show called Young Americans, which could explain her need to move. According to the reality star, it will be focused on “entertaining, educating, and empowering” millennials on everything from dating to buying their first home to finance. “So excited to have started filming my show for TLC airing Jan. 27,” she told Life & Style exclusively. She is also set to start filming the Jersey Shore reunion along with her hubby Roger Mathews and kids Meilani, 3, and Greyson, 19 months.

The reunion will feature all of her past MTV castmates, except for Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola. “We have been pushing this for a while so we are extremely excited about it. I can’t wait to be back together with the cast, we always have the best time,” she said.
