Did Karen Huger Have Plastic Surgery? See the Before and After Photos!

What a transformation! Real Housewives of Potomac star Karen Huger has been throwing shade and acting like the grande dame that she is throughout the past three seasons of the show, but all of that can’t stop fans from noticing her recent change in appearance. So, did she have plastic surgery or is she just blessed with amazing genes? Her co-star, Gizelle Bryant, is convinced she’s made at least one trip to the doctor.

During the Real Housewives of Potomac Season 2 reunion with Andy Cohen, Gizelle called Karen out for going under the knife after she didn’t show up to a birthday party she hosted. Karen’s excuse was that her mother was sick, so she couldn’t make the party, but apparently, that was a lie.

“I found out later that you were here in NYC getting some work,” Gizelle said. Karen responded, “What you talkin’ ’bout, work?” Gizelle clarified what she meant and explained, “Like, face fixed.” Karen shouted back, “You’re a f–king liar.”

Speaking exclusively with Life & Style, Dr. Vartan Mardirossian — who has not treated Karen — thinks the Real Housewives of Potomac star most likely had some work done including filler in her lips, a rhinoplasty procedure, and “filler or cheek implants in the cheeks as they show nice volume and definition.” As for Botox injections in her forehead, Dr. Mardirossian said it’s “hard to decide since it looks like her eyebrows are tattooed, [possibly] a surgical browlift.”

Surprisingly, Karen’s fans aren’t buying into the plastic surgery buzz just yet. They’re all about pumping up her ego on social media — telling her how great she looks. “@KARENHUGER you are slaying it this season, [you] look amazing!!!” one person wrote on Twitter.

While people continue to compliment Karen, other fans have actually commented on her ever-changing appearance, only to chalk it up to heavy-duty make-up. “You look so different younger and beautiful! Stop wearing that heavy makeup,” one fan wrote on Instagram. “It’s aging you! You are beautiful!”
