There's no denying Kelly Osbourne has come a long way from her reality star days.
Since 2009, the 32-year-old has dropped more than 70 pounds — and has managed to turn her inspiring weight loss into a lifestyle.
Crediting Dancing With The Stars for jumpstarting her transformation, Kelly shares in her new memoir, There Is No F--king Secret, that she has embraced becoming a role model.
"I was a f--ked-up ugly duckling who somehow emerged a lavender swan," she wrote in an excerpt shared by Us Weekly. "I went from being the girl mums told their kids to stay away from to the girl mums follow on social media and stop in the street to ask for advice about their own daughters’ struggles."

She also surprised her fans by revealing she suffered from Lyme disease.
"I had started entering my symptoms into online quizzes, and the results kept coming back Lyme disease," she added. "For the first time, someone listened to me, and I got tested. The results were positive: I had stage III neurological Lyme disease."
However, when it comes to her healthy lifestyle, the former Fashion Police host has shared a few tricks she has learned along the way.
"I've completely changed the way I eat since doing Dancing With The Stars,' she told Life & Style. "A trick I've learned is to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar in it before you go to sleep because it keeps your metabolism going. They say you should never eat before you go to bed, but I've found just having a tiny little snack - like half an apple or something like that — before you go to sleep really helps."
Kelly, who has always been vocal about the cyberbullying she experienced growing up in the spotlight, also reminds her fans that weight loss is not easy.
"Once I learned how to work out right and eat right, it’s one of those things that you just have to commit to a life change rather than being on a diet," she told the Huffington Post. "Because a diet doesn’t work. You lose weight and you stop it and it will all come back. So you just have to take baby steps, commit to something and stay true to it.”
