Did the Kardashian family betray Scott Disick’s trust? In a heated trailer for new episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian’s ex takes aim at her relatives as he seemingly accuses one of them of leaking information about his rehab stay to the press. During a video call with members of the family, he calls them all out. “I don’t trust anybody here,” he tells them.

“There couldn’t have been a bigger betrayal,” Scott, 37, says in the clip. “She leaked me being there to the press.” Of course, it’s possible the clip is misleading — Scott could be referring to another patient or a healthcare worker at the facility rather than a member of the family.

According to attorney Marty Singer, the father of three checked himself into a rehab facility to “work on his past traumas” in May. After the news broke — seemingly against the star’s wishes — his lawyer told TMZ, “In an effort to finally come to terms and deal with the pain that Scott has been silently suffering for many years due to the sudden death of his mother, followed by the death of his father 3 months later, Scott made the decision to check himself into a rehab facility last week.” Just a few days after starting treatment, he left the facility.

Scott isn’t the only one confronting a controversy head-on. Khloé Kardashian is also venting her frustration with ex Tristan Thompson in the sneak peek from the show. Amid rumors they’re back together and engaged in real life, they appear to be working through their past relationship troubles in front of the cameras.

“Why couldn’t you be that when we were together?” Khloé, 36, asks Tristan, 29.

Since their public split, the NBA player has stepped up to the plate to be there for daughter True. He’s also been publicly flirting with his ex on Instagram, leaving all kinds of flattering comments and calling her a queen on her photos. The hot mama wants to know why that kind of loyalty and commitment didn’t translate to their romance — but her ex may finally be ready to put his player ways behind him.

Rob Kardashian is also making his long-awaited return to the series. After stepping away from the spotlight, he can be seen during a video call with the rest of the crew. Big sister Khloé previously promised we’ll be getting even more of him as the show goes on.

“My brother’s coming back around [to filming]. He’s feeling more confident and comfortable,” she said during an interview with Sirius XM’s Hits 1 in July. “I think he just, you know, started a whole new season, so here we go.”

The second half of Keeping Up With the Kardashians season 18 returns to E! on Thursday, September 17 at 8:00 p.m. ET.
