Breakfast
After waking up at 5 a.m., Khloé starts her day with a glass of water and black coffee and then by 6 a.m., she’s at the gym for a two-hour sweat sesh. She fuels up after her workout with another glass of water, “ideal oatmeal” which is a recipe that includes a mix of steel-cut oats, flaxseed powder, and water or almond milk with a protein shake on the side.
Mid-morning snack
Khlo will choose between an apple with peanut butter or fruit and nuts as a little pick-me-up at 11 a.m. to hold her over until lunch.
Lunch
At 1 p.m., Khlo will have her go-to meal which is a Chinese chicken salad made out of shredded romaine lettuce, shredded cabbage, chopped scallions, carrot, cilantro, avocado, shredded chicken, and chopped peanuts with a dressing made with ginger, honey, and rice vinegar.
Mid-afternoon snack
For her second snack of the day — which she usually eats at 3 p.m. — Khlo will nosh on homemade hummus, chopped veggies, edamame, and another big glass of fruit-infused water.
Dinner
Khlo’s meals are spaced two hours apart throughout the day, but she waits four hours between her mid-afternoon snack and dinner. At 7 p.m., she eats the biggest meal of her day which includes steamed veggies and fish served with her Magic Mash-Up, which is mashed cauliflower — a healthier alternative to mashed potatoes.
Pre-bedtime snack
At 9 p.m., Khlo will indulge in a bowl of fruit with plain Greek yogurt.
