Kim Kardashian’s Family Shocked Over Baby No. 3 Confession: “I Have to Have a Surgery”

In a sneak peek from the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian reveals she wants baby No. 3 with husband Kanye West, and will undergo surgery on her uterus in an effort to get pregnant!

"I have to go in and repair my uterus because I decided I'm going to try to have one more baby," the reality star, who’s already mom to three-year-old daughter North and son Saint, 15 months, tells her family in the clip. "Isn't that exciting?"

Unfortunately, they don't feel the same, especially with the potential health risks involved. "Oh my god, I thought you were for sure done," Kendall Jenner says, while Kris Jenner’s boyfriend, Corey Gamble, adds, "I don't want you to, like, do anything risky.”

When Khloé asks what type of procedure is required, the 36-year-old responds, "I have to have a surgery on my uterus to kind of repair this hole, so they need to like clean that out and then there's scar tissue. It will still be a really high-risk pregnancy, just you'd be able to get pregnant."

Unsurprisingly, her family wonders why she’d want to do it all again. "Having more kids is definitely going to be a struggle," Kim tells the camera. "I've gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don't feel like it's safe for me to conceive again myself. This surgery is really the one last thing I can try."

The brunette beauty previously sent Twitter into a frenzy when she hinted that she might be expecting. The social media queen replied to a fan who wrote, “[Retweet] if you’re getting pregnant in time for Kim and Kanye's kids line launch,” with a bunch of emojis, including one of a girl with her hand raised.

But when one follower asked, “Are you saying you’re pregnant Kim?,” she responded, “Def not!”
