Another day, another headlining outfit for Kim Kardashian.

This time North West‘s mama let it all hang out — and not necessarily in a good way — at an event in LA Wednesday night, Aug. 20.

We don’t know what’s worse: The fact her chest looks as if it’s gasping for air, the wonky “nipples” which appears to be just a really bad spray tan, or the bizarre cutouts in the stomach area that form into Mickey Mouse’s head.
