Kim Kardashian was the belle of the ball on Sunday while attending a performance at the Rome Opera — but even the red carpet veteran couldn’t escape a wardrobe malfunction!
While posing in a gorgeous white gown with a thigh-high slit, the 35-year-old accidentally flashed her flesh-colored Spanx on the red carpet.

The mother-of-two has hardly hidden the fact that she wears shapewear in public, revealing on her app last month, “Sometimes I wear two pairs of body shapers on top of each other — especially when I am heavier, I def double it up. They really hold you in and make you feel secure!”
Despite the slight mishap, Kim and her hubby Kanye West seemed to thoroughly enjoy their evening while taking in Sofia Coppola‘s production of La Traviata alongside Valentino, who designed some of the costumes.
It’s not everyday you see a reality star at the opera!
