Life & Style has exclusively learned that Kim Kardashian is upset with her surrogate’s birthing plans. An insider reveals that the surrogate carrying Kim and Kanye West’s third child is insisting on giving birth in the San Diego area, against Kim’s wishes. That’s around two-and-a-half hours south of where the couple lives.

“Kim is disappointed,” says an insider, noting that she’d hoped the birth would take place at LA’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where kids North, 4, and Saint, 23 months, were born. “Cedars is known for spa-like birthing suites that even come with a private chef.”

Even though Kim, 37, won’t be delivering her daughter herself this December, she’d planned to book a separate suite where she could bond with the baby, says the insider. “[But] Kim asked about VIP birthing suites when they were discussing the hospital that the surrogate would give birth at,” and was not encouraged to get her own, the insider explains.

Kim’s annoyed, but she’s even more stressed she could miss the birth completely. Kim and Kanye, 40, “will have to go to San Diego around the due-date time and just wait,” notes the insider. “Their lives will have to be on hold.”
