Time to pay up! Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Scott Disick are all being sued by Silver Air, LLC after allegedly failing to pay their private jet bill. The lawsuit claims that the famous family — along with music producer Poo Bear and several other musical big shots — chartered the jet but never settled their balance. Watch the video above to see how much they owe the company!
However, according to TMZ, the Kardashians and crew aren't the ones to blame for not keeping up with the payment. They reportedly used a company called, JetLux — who are also named in the suit — to charter the planes for them. The Kardashians supposedly pay JetLux "large lump sums" of money so the company can contact third party vendors, like Silver Air LLC, to supply their aircrafts.
When a company like Silver Air, LLC agrees to send over their private jet, they should then be compensated by JetLux — or whatever company they are working with. TMZ reported that JetLux booked the flights and then never paid up.
While it's unclear when Kim, Khloé, Scott, and their gang of friends took this particular flight, it's safe to say it has been awhile. Koko is currently hiding out in Cleveland and has been there for several weeks since the birth of her baby girl True Thompson and has yet to leave. Kim was recently in NYC for the 2018 Met Gala, but she flew in with her sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, as well as momager, Kris Jenner.
As for Scott, he regularly uses JetLux and even promotes them on his Instagram page. But lately, he's been flying high with his 19-year-old girlfriend, Sofia Richie. The Kardashians, nor anyone else named in the suit, have yet to comment.
