The Don't Be Tardy star shared a throwback photo of herself at 16 years old — and the mother-of-six looked completely different before plastic surgery.

"I've done my lips,” she told ET. “I've been getting Botox since I was young, for migraines initially and now it's the obvious reason. I've had my boobs done. I fixed my hernia and had a tummy tuck at the same time, you know, it's one in the same.”

However, the former RHOA cast member has denied getting a nose job, adding, "I get the nose, because my mom's side [of the family] has really cute noses.”
