Kourtney Kardashian’s Sexy New Lob Is the Definition of #HairGoals
Slay, mama! Kourtney Kardashian took to Instagram on Friday, Nov. 10, to show off her new haircut — a super-sexy lob. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 38, looked better than ever in a mirror-selfie, flaunting her fresh cut…and her washboard abs in a tiny, white crop top. “don’t worry, i ordered a new phone case last night,” she jokingly captioned the pic, in which she’s seen holding a phone case from sister Kim Kardashian’s Kimoji merch line.
Kourtney’s hairstylist Andrew Fitzsimmons chopped the E! personality’s luscious locks into a long bob that grazes just past shoulders. For its social media debut, the brunette beauty’s gorgeous mane was styled in loose, textured waves. Despite her sudden decision to take off some length, Kourtney previously revealed why she once shied away from dramatic hair transformations.
“I forget what season [of KUWTK] it was, but there was one season I just did way too much. I had highlights, bangs, etc. I really prefer my look natural — long hair, no highlights, great skin,” she told Refinery 29 in April 2016. “I think that’s when I look my best. I had blonde hair in high school for, like, a month — it was not cute. I just like myself the best with dark, long hair. Whenever I look back at photos where I have bangs, I’m just not into it.”
The mom-of-three — who shares Mason, 7, Penelope, 5, and Reign, 2, with ex Scott Disick — added, “And when I do too crazy of hairstyles, if I look back at old photos, I’m like, ‘Ahh, keep it simple!’ It’s timeless and you don’t get sick of it. People will comment if I wear my hair down the middle and straight. They’ll be like, ‘Switch it up already,’ but I just like it.”
Well, we’re glad Kourt finally made a switch — because homegirl looks hot AF. ?
