A very-pregnant Kristin Cavallari is due to have baby number three any day now — and it shows!

She posted an adorable Instagram pic of her about-to-burst baby bump and captioned it, “Even my preggers shirt is too small.”

The 28-year-old Laguna Beach star and her Chicago Bears quarterback husband Jay Cutler have been awfully busy since they married in Nashville in 2013.

In that short time, they became parents to sons Camden Jack, 2, and Jaxon Wyatt, 18 months. Their third baby is a girl.

“It’s hard to believe I will be a mom of 3 in just a few short weeks,” she wrote with another pregnancy photo she posted. “I owe so much to my babies … they have changed me in so many ways for the better.”

Cavallari’s book Balancing in Heels, about juggling marriage and motherhood with her career, comes out in the spring.
