In a photo posted to Instagram on Tuesday, the 18-year-old sported a sweatshirt with the word "Fake" embroidered on the front, captioning the shot, "pretty much."

While it remains unclear what the reality star means, followers immediately began wondering whether this was her way of admitting to plastic surgery.

After all, Kylie famously confessed to getting lip injections last year after months and months of speculation and pressure from fans.
