Who’s that girl?! Lindsay Lohan stepped out for Madrid Fashion Week at the Jorge Vazquez spring/summer 2018 collection party on Monday, Sept. 18 — and, TBH, we hardly recognized her. Though she came to the event dressed in a gorgeous, crimson gown with gold accents, LiLo’s face made it hard to focus on her smart sartorial choices.

The 31-year-old actress’ face appeared frozen AF — and Twitter has certainly taken notice. Many fans took to social media to sound off on Lindsay’s new look, which many believe to be the unfortunate result of unnecessary cosmetic procedures. “OMG like wtf. what is wrong with lilo’s face??” one upset fan asked, while another wrote, “I am literally on my knees praying for lindsay to not let another needle near her face.”

Several others even called out the “Rumors” songstress’ right eyebrow, which seemed to be raised higher than her left for the entirety of the night. “OK question for lindsay. are you making that face on purpose or is that eyebrow the result of bad botox?” one tweeter quipped. Added another, “omg that brow tho. maybe it’s just me but I think 31 is a little too young for all these fillers.”

This isn’t the first time the former child star has been accused of altering her appearance. Back in 2010, after debuting a much plumper pout, fans assumed that Lindsay had gotten lip injections. However, the Disney alum attempted to shut down speculation by tweeting a pic of her mouth and writing, “See! my lips are just as they’ve always been 🙂 lol-it’s nuts that i feel the need to give proof! what is this world coming to!!”
