EXCLUSIVE CLIP: Mama June’s Weight Loss Hits a Snag Before Sugar Bear’s Wedding
In an exclusive clip from this week’s episode of From Not to Hot, Mama June — who’s documenting her substantial weight loss on the new series — reacts to the news that her skin removal surgery has been canceled because she didn’t reach her goal weight in time.
The 37-year-old had hoped to shed the pounds before her ex Sugar Bear tied the knot with his fiancée Jennifer Lamb. “The dreams of me completely transforming my body before Sugar’s wedding and the photoshoot are gone,” the mother-of-four shares. “I f–ked up big time.”

As June wallows in her bed, daughters Lauryn (aka Pumpkin) and Alana (better known as Honey Boo Boo) bring the reality star a healthy breakfast.
“We know how bad that Mama has wanted the skin removal surgery, and even though she’s being a total bitch to us, there’s no way that I’m gonna let her give up this easy,” Pumpkin declares.
“Mama, we know that you’re upset but you can’t just be like sitting up here and napping all damn day,” the 20-year-old says before she and her sister drag June out of bed. “DOG PILE!” Honey Boo Boo yells as Pumpkin proceeds to sit (and fart) on her mom.
