Is it the end of the road for this Married at First Sight couple?
According to a new report, it appears Ryan De Nino and Jessica Castro have called it quits shortly after the season 2 finale, which aired last week.
In case you’re not familiar with the A&E reality series, four experts pair up three couples —who have never met each other. They agree to say “I do” upon their first meeting.
Over the weekend, Ryan posted a photo of what appears to be a restraining order from Jessica, whom he married back in December.
Unfortunately this isn't something I'd wish on anyone. To hear and read about the forum on Thursday to come home and find this on Friday. To see the IG on Sat and see the location was enough. They say first 48 for a reason. This is another fact here's the order of protection- which had me in awe and when I read it was disgusted. Bash me all you want, say whatever it is about me just remember this board don't break for nada. Why I posted this will be thoroughly explained when the times right. #CheckMate
But sources tell the publication those rumors are “untrue.”
“It never crossed anyone’s lips,” the insider says. “Allegations of drug use were never raised.”
According to TMZ, Jessica did in fact get a restraining order against Ryan. In the documents, the site claims he had been threatening her — and she had enough when he allegedly told her, "I plan on killing you and your family."
“Unfortunately this isn't something I'd wish on anyone. To hear and read about the forum on Thursday to come home and find this on Friday …,” Ryan wrote on Instagram. “Bash me all you want, say whatever it is about me … Why I posted this will be thoroughly explained when the time's right.”
Neither Ryan nor Jessica have directly commented on the situation just yet, but she did post this shot on Instagram:
The series has featured six couples so far. If the news of Ryan and Jessica’s split is true, they would be the third couple to divorce following the show.
