Someone is living large! For more than two decades, Matthew Perry has been a staple on network TV, and we wouldn’t expect the funnyman’s home to reflect anything less!

The actor just put his three-bedroom, five-bathroom LA home on the market for $13.5 million —
and we’re taking a peek inside. Located above the Sunset Strip, the house offers amazing views of the city extending all the way to the Pacific Ocean. An LED-lit infinity pool gives swimmers the feel of falling onto the metropolis below. In Matt’s own backyard there are stunning sights as well: Retractable glass walls open to jaw-dropping reflecting pools, and fire pits.

As for the pad’s nearly 4,000-square-foot interior, it includes high-end updates in the lime green-accented kitchen in addition to multiple modern mid-century hallmarks, such as an open floor plan and a three-sided fireplace. Now Matthew’s ready to let someone else live in the lap of luxury. The key to having it all, he says, “is to enjoy the ups and not have the downs get you too down. I really am a lucky guy.”

Like lots of stars’ pads, this home has a screening room. But Matthew’s theater is subterranean and also offers a direct view into his pool through a 2-inch-thick glass wall!

Originally constructed in 1962, the house now includes updates like a spacious walk-in shower and a built-in TV above a soaking tub.
