The UK is getting a new resident! After it was reported that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle would be announcing their engagement next month, Life & Style has exclusively learned that the actress is moving to London.
Just weeks after the couple made their first appearance together at the Invictus Games, the 36-year-old and the royal have reached another important milestone. A source says the Suits star will officially relocate from Canada, where the USA series is shot, in November. The insider explains, “She’s fed up with being in a long-distance relationship, and she and Harry both feel ready to take their relationship to the next level.”
Meghan's 33-year-old beau couldn’t be more excited. “Harry is already ordering in new Christmas decorations, as Meghan loves the festive season and he wants to make his place at Kensington Palace as homey as possible,” the source shares. “He’s thrilled Meghan is making the move!”
Not only is her change of address perfectly timed to both the end of her Suits run and the holidays, but it will also coincide with their engagement announcement. Though the duo has yet to share details of the proposal, Life & Style previously reported that they’ve started planning the wedding.
The impending nuptials won't interfere with the birth of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s third child in mid-March. “Harry is adamant about having an intimate ceremony with just his and Meghan’s closest friends and family,” an insider stated, adding that the bride-to-be “feels there’s too much excess in the world and would not want to waste money on a glamorous event.”
