Sophie

Season 2's Sophie was mostly remembered for calling her own mom a "b—h" and then looking pouty throughout most of her party. She wasn't proud of how she was portrayed on the show and later said she exaggerated her personality to look like a "horrible rich b—h" on purpose. To escape all the criticism, she jetted off to England for a bit and waited for things to cool down. Today, she's an Assistant Regional Counsel for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Lauren and Jackie

These two besties kicked off the first season with a glitzy party at Hard Rock Cafe that included a random cameo by Pauly Shore. "I think our episode really sort of set the tone for all of the other ones," Lauren told MTV back in 2005. Today, Lauren is a co-founder/Vice President of Sales at Capital Inc. in Newport, CA. Jacqueline is now a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice National Security Division and lives in Washington D.C.

Ava

In season 1, the Persian teen threw an Arabian-themed party, but she's probably best known for pouting when her father asked if she would consider a used Range Rover. "Ew," she responded. Today, Ava works as a Law Clerk in Beverly Hills.

Cher

The curly-haired blonde was best remembered for arriving to her party on a float and then performing a hip-hop dance routine — oh yeah, and that castle she lived in. After the show, she appeared on the MTV spin-off Exiled, where Super Sweet 16 alums were sent to remote locations to fend for themselves. Today, she's a professional "reality TV personality" and NHL cheerleader.

Mary

This Southern belle arrived to her party in a pink Corvette, but the real surprise came later when her parents surprised her with a $150,000 horse! Today, she lives in Nashville and graduated with an M.A. in Experimental Psychology in 2015. According to her Twitter, she still loves horses.

Marissa

She's best remembered for her pink-themed party that included her two dogs that were both dyed pink. After the show she launched a music career and also appeared in the spin-off show Exiled. However, these days she seems to be taking it easy. She now lives in Los Angeles and just got engaged.

Darnell

He's best known for arriving to his party on a camel — with Rihanna! His entrance was definitely hard to top. We guess that's what happens when you're the heir to Sugar Hill Records. These days he now appears in the Bravo reality TV show The First Family of Hip Hop.

Reginae Carter

In the later seasons, there were lots of famous teenagers who appeared on the show. One of them was Lil Wayne's daughter, Reginae, whose star-studded ball even featured a cameo from Nicki Minaj. Today, she's 19 years old and still having ridiculously expensive parties.

Quincy Brown

Since he's the son of Puff Daddy, obviously Quincy was going to have an extravagant party — and he did. Today, he's 26 years old and is an actor who's appeared in films like Dope and Brotherly Love.

Aly and AJ

The sisters/musical duo were already famous before their episode. However, back then they were known as "78violet," and at their party they were both gifted with a Mercedes-Benz and a BMW. Today, they're still making music and just released a self-titled album last year.

Teyana Taylor

Before she appeared in Kanye West's "Fade" video, Teyana was a spoiled 16-year-old who was just signed to Pharrell Williams' label. So it was no surprise that not only did she have a massive party (that included her arriving in a Barbie box), she also had Pharrell drop by to wish her a Happy Birthday, too. Today, she's 27 and is a professional actress and singer.
