She’s experiencing the fallout from her actions. Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes opened up about the scandal she was involved in last October, which led her to be fired from her gig opening up for her co-star Kandi Burruss‘ R&B group Xscape on “The Great Xscape Tour.” After she was booed during a stand-up comedy skit, NeNe made a rape comment towards one of her female hecklers in the crowd, but what exactly did NeNe say that was so bad?

According to multiple reports, NeNe was performing at a “Girls Nite Out for Laughs” event at the Paramount Theater in Oakland, CA when the audience started to boo her. It seemed like NeNe was frustrated with the crowd’s reaction and she directed her anger at a female audience member.

“I ain’t even gonna tell you about the goddamn Uber driver,” Nene said in a fan-obtained video clip. “I hope he rape your a– tonight when he take you home, b—h. And steal your funky hello kitty, b—h.”

In a clip from tonight’s episode, NeNe leans on her besties Cynthia Bailey and Marlo Hampton shortly after video footage from her stand-up incident was leaked online, and she tried to explain her side of the story and said her rape comment was a reaction to what the heckler said. NeNe explained the Uber joke was meant to be a warning about women who get into Uber cars with male drivers, but she didn’t know that the joke wouldn’t go over well with a Bay Area crowd since the ride-sharing app originated there.

“So as I go into the joke, the person on the front is talking while I’m talking,” Nene explained. “And she says, ‘Kill yourself.’ When she [told] me to kill myself, I’m so quick to fight back, I have to learn to not fight back. I hate that I said what I said to the lady.”
