As soon as her engagement news went public on Nov. 27, her longtime Suits co-star had the absolute sweetest message for her and her royal fiancé on Instagram. This isn’t the first time Patrick has posted an Instagram of Meghan, but when he tried it in the past he wasn’t expecting the reaction he got. People freaked out so much when he posted a photo calling him and Meghan “Ross and Rachel — the next generation” that he actually had to delete his account for a while! He must have decided it was worth it to congratulate his old pal.

Perhaps Patrick can give Meghan some wedding tips, since he tied the knot with Pretty Little Liars star Troian Bellisario about one year ago in a beautiful SoCal ceremony, which included a getaway on an antique refurbished bus.

Unfortunately, it looks like Meghan and Patrick’s time as co-stars is coming to an end. For months, rumors have spread that Meghan will not be able to continue with the show after marrying Harry, and she recently packed up her Toronto apartment and moved to London. Patrick will also reportedly sing his swan song, with Us Weekly reporting, “[Patrick] was always leaving the show. He made his mind up a while ago. Patrick wants to pursue other things and he’s realized his time at Suits has come to an end.”
