Perez Hilton looked totally different when he first came on the scene as the “Queen of all Media.” After his impressive weight loss of more than 70 pounds — with the help of an intense 7-day-a-week fitness regimen and a meal delivery service — the infamous blogger has managed to maintain his slimmed-down physique for almost a decade!

“Like so many people, I have struggled with my weight throughout my entire life. Thankfully though, at the beginning of 2008, I made a commitment to my health and I have stuck to it,” Perez has said.

Now, nine years later, the 39-year-old digital maven and father of two children (via surrogate) is still proud of the accomplishments he made in both the kitchen and the gym. And rightfully so!

Flaunting his near-naked bod on Instagram, Perez wrote, “I JUST took a photo because I had to do a before and after side-by-side! Left: August 15, 2007. Right: March 30, 2017.”

“I’ve lost more than 70 pounds and I’ve worked for it. I’ve done it the old-fashioned way, slow and steady, by eating healthily and exercising regularly. And I feel wonderful!” Perez continued.

The “old-fashioned way” is right! Perez has no special diet or exercise secrets. He completely credits his success to a a schedule he calls “very intense.”

“I work out seven days a week. I vary what I do. I work out in the gym Monday through Thursday, and I do pilates Friday and Saturday. I do yoga on Sundays,” he has said.

“I eat a very clean diet. I am fortunate enough to get my meals delivered, which makes a huge difference for me. If I don’t have to think about it, and I know that everything I’m putting into my body is good for it and the proper portions and the right balances of food, it makes it so simple.”
