On Monday, March 18, Pete Davidson and girlfriend Kate Beckinsale were spotted making out in the backseat of a car following the The Dirt movie premiere. Nothing like reliving the down and dirty days of Mötley Crüe to get you in the mood, right?

To be fair, though, this is hardly the first time that the SNL star, 25, and A-list actress, 45, have been, er, caught in the act. Earlier this month, the newly minted lovebirds packed on the PDA at Rangers game in NYC. Sigh. Young-ish love is a beautiful thing, isn’t it?

To all the haters out there, Pete and Kate’s courtship is more than just swapping spit — sorry for the imagery — in fact, the unlikely duo has a seriously strong connection. “Pete’s been an exciting breath of fresh air, and she’s falling for him, big time,” a source revealed to In Touch.

“He’s hyper-intelligent, hilarious, quick-witted and kind, plus a fantastic and considerate lover, too — everything she wants from a guy.” You hear that, fellas? A fantastic and *considerate* lover. Even so, it seems that people can’t help but dwell on the fact that Pete and Kate share a 20-year age gap. Thankfully, Pete is never one to shy away from an opportunity to put the public in their place.

“Apparently, people have a crazy fascination with our age difference, but it doesn’t really bother us,” Pete explained during a recent segment of “Weekend Update” on Saturday Night Live. The funnyman then went on to call out society’s issue with older women dating younger men, when older men — ahem, Scott Disick and Leonardo DiCaprio — have been knocking boots with younger women for years.

We stan a woke king. Here’s hoping Kate and Pete go the distance … or at the very least, further than he and Ariana Grande got.
