P!nk Has the Most Badass Response for a Troll Who Called Her Old on Twitter
Just give Pink a reason — and she will shut you down on Twitter. The mother-of-two had the most epic clapback for a troll who called her old on the social media platform.
"Wow Pink looks so old that [she] should be named Purple instead," the hater, who goes by Huachinango Refrito, tweeted. It didn't take long for Pink to see the message and respond in typical Pink fashion. Watch the video above for Pink's badass comeback.
As expected, fans were loving the "So What" singer's brutal takedown of the troll. "You are f–king perfect! As is your response!" one follower wrote before another added, "Thank you for your unfiltered honesty Pink. You are a beautiful and real person inside and out. Bless you." A third chimed in, "I've never clapped so hard in my life." Same, girl. Same.
Pink has always been open about society's unrealistic beauty standards and being a good role model for her six-year-old daughter, Willow. While accepting the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the MTV Awards last year, Pink gave an emotional speech inspired by a bully calling her little girl "ugly" at school.
"When people make fun of me, that's what they use. They say that I look like a boy, or I'm too masculine, or I have too many opinions, or my body is too strong," she told the crowd. "So, baby girl, we don't change. We take the gravel in the shell and we make a pearl. And we help other people to change so that they can see more kinds of beauty."
Previously, the 38-year-old has shut down body shamers and made it very clear she will not hesitate to call them out on social media and beyond. "I am a girl, I have feelings and people think I take no sh*t and I'm tough, tougher than nails, but I'm a human being," she told Entertainment Tonight. "I don't take well to bullying. I never have. I'm not a person that will be bullied. I'm not a person that will stand by watching other people bullied."
