He’s almost the birthday boy! Life & Style has learned that Prince William and Kate Middleton are planning to go all out for Prince George‘s 5th birthday celebration on July 22nd. The royal couple is sparing no expense to make it a memorable day for the brother of three-year-old Charlotte and two-month-old Louis.

“Kate is organizing a lavish $100,000 birthday party for George in the gardens of Kensington Palace,” a royal insider exclusively tells Life & Style. “Kate doesn’t always spoil her kids like this, but she wants George’s 5th to be a day to remember!”

“There will be lots of toy cars, like mini Ferraris, for George and his friends to drive around the gardens in,” the insider says. “There will be hundreds of balloons and a huge Lego area where the kids can build. And Kate also plans to set up a little fairground and a bouncy house.”

And then there are the entertainers — at least 15 of them, ranging from magicians to pizza makers. And no birthday party is complete without dessert. “Kate is going to surprise George,” the insider adds, “with a huge, colorful, custom-made birthday cake.”
